Thank you! This is my favourite of the dresses I have designed right now...I want to do a painting of this one too! The overdress is sage green with gold embroidery, and the frock is a beige-y cream...sash is probably black?
Oh, wow. This whole page is gorgeous. The castle, the trees, Beauty's toilet, the sunlight slanting in...I kinda just want to live on this page for a while.
Ooohhh, I like how the atmosphere of the castle has changed with all of this sunlight. It seems warmer, more peaceful, even a bit more lively, as opposed to dark and desolate. Also, it's official now: if there is a window, it will incorporate a Macintosh rose somehow. Beauty looks quite lovely with her hair up - really, I think I just adore her hair (I'm tempted to try drawing a Beauty-Beast child with that hair). You know, I've also done what she's doing - walking while reading a book. Fortunately for her, she doesn't have anyone to dodge. Hmm, I wonder what's caught her eye...?
Beauty looks so mature and elegant behind. It's only when I see her face that I'm reminded of the moments we had the childishness in her come out--pouting, anger, etc.
