Heartfelt emotions, friendship (or secret love), the witching soul of music.
Quite an interesting combination. The music, especially.

Argus was the name of a 100 eyed giant in Greek mythology (possibly alluding to the constant theme of Greek legends in this story? Who knows!).

I keep refreshing this page in hopes that it's Friday and I simply haven't noticed... That may be a commentary on the state of my week more than the story, though...
I haven't looked up the flower symbolism myself, but this is interesting. Will there be music to soothe the savage Beast, then? :)

The zillion-eyed Argus of Greek Mythology was also a gaurd. I don't know yet if that's important.

I'm glad to see Argus is once more signing his work. ...And apparently one of the other meanings for Acacia is "Beauty in retirement." ::chortles:: Yes. Yes, she is.

Hmmm, so looks like this might be a bit of a breather chapter, focusing on the Beast's thankfulness that Beauty listened to him, on their budding friendship, and...music?
