What a lovely picture! I doubt we're ever going to get to see the palace covered in snow and ice in story, given how it seems to be enchanted to maintain a state of eternal spring/summer, so this is neat! The only way I can see winter happening in story is if the power there was broken / some sort of arc three disaster happened.
