it's lovely, doesn't look rushed. Love the family scene- see Beauty, nothing to worry about

How do you draw babies so perfectly?! When I try, they look like little mutant potatoes.

They *are* little mutant potatoes ;)

I've done baby portraits, if it's okay to share a few tips.
The general rules with drawing babies are proportions and as few lines as possible. Lines are aging, so indicate the chubby cheeks on just the outline of the face, not with interior lines. If you think of the baby's head as a circle, divided into quarters, the top half is forehead, the bottom half has features. Eyes are adult size already - they don't grow, though they look even bigger because the face is so small. Mouths are fully developed and expressive 'cause babies don't hold back. Noses are just lil' nubs. :)

And don't forget that infant proportions are very different from adult proportions. The head is at least a quarter of their body. Many times in comics I've seen children who are drawn simply as very small adults and it just looks disturbing. (Happy to say MsMegan has done a lovely job, as usual.)

Oh, the story came from their mother - this surprises me not at all, given what we know about her. And dawwwwwww, grandpa to the rescue. We also now know that Virtue's child is a boy - I wonder how big he'll be when Beauty gets to meet him? It's sad to think that he's never met his Aunt Beauty....
