Much as *I* would like to hear him say it, I don't think she's ready, or she would have cottoned on. Besides, the flowers were rather ominous at the beginning of the chapter.
I'm glad she's offering to listen to him, while also acknowledging there are things he can't tell her yet (in part due to his contract, but probably also because he isn't ready yet). As for him embracing what's in front of him now...yes, good, you so should, Beast. I can absolutely understand why he would be afraid to, though, considering how traumatizing the end of his last relationship probably was. Also, they are still in very real danger of whoseever running this show, who may or may not be channeling his abusive mother. So it seems like caution is warranted here.
I really want to applaud you for your brilliant writing and for these beautiful scenes! I only just started reading. I'm really amazed at how... realistic these scenes feel to me, like how relatable beast is. Thank you so much for this story, I think this is one of the most important comics I've read.
