Why do I sense a big reveal coming up....
the selkie wife 18th Apr 3:57 AM, 2017
Beauty, you are literally crying into your drink describing this wonderful, tender, wild, loving boy. Please, can SOMEBODY with emotional intelligence prompt her in the right direction?? Virtue??

"And I love him..."

Yeah, that's where she's going. Hopefully she gets there soon enough to save the Beast. . .

Awww Beauty <3

Reminds me of the scene of Beast gripping his teacup during his emotional reveal. Beauty needs something to hold onto to ground her?

The scene staging really enhances the mood. The fact that we don't see her face, makes us feel like we are Beauty, gripping the cup of tea tightly, fighting against a storm of emotions. Great page.

This page, the last panel especially, is pulling at my heartstrings.

Can relate. I also get teary eyed whenever I talk about that big yellow puffball and how awesome he is even though he doesn't believe it.

Next page: a big close-up of Beauty saying "He's my friend (after all".

Megan, you've uploaded this page twice.

Hi MsMegan! Don't know if you answered this elsewhere, but will you be going/having a table at TCAF this year?
MsMegan 29th Apr 6:19 PM, 2017
Hi Jaxci!

I'm not tabling this year, but I'll be speaking at Word Balloon Academy on the 12th (Success vs Burnout at 3:30 in High Park II/III) and at In Her Voice on the 16th (Dora Keogh Irish Pub, 6:30). I'll probably be milling around TCAF as an attendee either way!

Awwwwww, this is so sweet! She knows him so well, and the parts about him making her tea and letting her win at chess are heartwarming. I love the detail in the middle panels, too! Don't cry, hon, you'll see him again soon.
