Yay! I guessed that there'd be a transition. And having the storm outside inspire her dream makes sense. I imagine the next dinner meeting will go somewhat awkwardly? I can just see the Beast pacing through the halls, trying to get himself to sleep because he's trying to keep a diurnal schedule, and passing by her door. Maybe she's been thrashing or crying out in her sleep. Maybe he's concerned, but of course he can't go in because that wouldn't be appropriate. And my inner romantic is running away with me. Excuse me. It's Valentine's Day. Yes, I blame Valentine's Day!

I really like how frightened she looks in the second panel, incidentally. Really nice expression there. Poor dear - I want to give her a hug.

In any case, lovely update, as usual. Until next time!

Sincerely,
Abby

Ehehe. I had the exact same thought of the Beast hearing her distress and wanting to help... Happy Valentine's Day.

I love the textures of the darkness in this page: under the blankets and behind the bed curtains and out the window in the rain. I almost feel as though I'm there (safely back) in the room with Beauty.

I'm sure she won't mind scootching over to make room for you! She's been sharing a bed with one or both sisters for years.

Thank you! I've actually been quite disappointed with my work lately, wanting to push it a lot further. I appreciate the encouragement!

More Beauty with her hair all fluffy and in a nightgown. I think my other comment summed up my thoughts well, but I do enjoy how the storm outside brought about her memories of that other one. I imagine she'd under a lot of stress, so nightmares are probably unavoidable at this point.
